Service Agreement & Consent

Session Details

Date: October 4, 2026

Time: 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Location: Larz Anderson Park (Goddard Ave & Newton St., Brookline, MA)

Session Length: ~30 minutes

Deliverables

Photos Delivered: 10 edited images

Edited images will be delivered via a private digital gallery within 14 days of the session date.

The digital gallery will be taken down 30 days after delivery. The photographer will not be responsible for archiving images past this date.

Payment

Session Cost: $200 $158

Payment is due before images are delivered.

Usage Rights

The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the images in their unaltered form for personal (non-commercial) use.

The photographer retains the full copyright to all images.

The client grants the photographer permission to use the images in the photographer's portfolio, website, and social media pages.

Cancellation / Rescheduling

If the session is canceled for any reason, the client will not be charged for the original session. The session may be rescheduled at the originally agreed-upon price, subject to the photographer's availability.

Liability

The photographer is not responsible for circumstances out of their control. The client agrees to take reasonable care around the photographer's equipment.
